About Us

What do Doo Wop, Christian, Country, Pop, Classic Rock and TV jingles have in common? The Jukes!

Where in the World did The Jukes come from?

Long ago, in a galaxy far, far away, a local cultural arts activities superintendent, Pat Alford, was looking for a 50’s and 60’s music group to provide entertainment at the West TN State Fair.  That original group was named The Jukes of Earl.  Over 25 years have passed and some talented musicians have passed in and out over the course of The Jukes timeline.  The current cast is excited to pick up the music again after a brief 10-year hiatus and looks forward to singing for fans whenever and wherever.

Brad Little

Voice Part: Baritone

As the only member raised solely in Jackson, TN, Brad has been involved in music and stage performance all of his life. With West TN family connections in music and film, from “Cousin Tuny” and The Fabulous Delacardos, being an entertainer is in his blood.  He even goes so far as to say that a cappella music has been his favorite form of music since birth.  Brad has even dipped his toe in theatre, appearing in a Jackson performance of ‘Bye, Bye Birdie.’ When Brad is not telling jokes, coordinating Jukes shows or serving as a celebrity dance competition judge, he advises individuals as they manage finances and retirement accounts.  One of Brad’s favorite songs to perform with The Jukes is “For The Longest Time”.

Jennifer Carroll

Voice Part: Soprano

Hailing from Memphis and Baton Rouge, before moving to West TN, Jennifer is the only remaining original member of The Jukes.  She started performing in theatre productions when she was 9, but says she was always close to music for as long as she could remember.  Her parents sang and played guitar, especially at Christmas and around the campfire throughout the year.  When not singing, Jennifer has been a gymnastic instructor and traveled the world involved in mission work.  She plays flute and piccolo and is also an accomplished choreographer, having taught hundreds of kids in the West TN area and beyond.  One of Jennifer’s favorite songs to perform with The Jukes is “Change In My Life.”

Allison Tubbs

Voice Part: Alto

A Blytheville, Arkansas native, Allison started singing at age 4 and performed her first solo, “Silent Night” soon afterward.  She participates in a variety of music and plays piano and flute.  From high school band drum major to scholarship pageant entertainer to praise & worship coordinator at her church, Allison always finds ways to share her love of music.  That passion was instilled in her by her family from an early age. When she is not singing on stage, Allison is an experienced speech and hearing therapist in the West TN area.  One of Allison’s favorite songs to perform with The Jukes is “It Is Well.”

Kevin Bryant

Voice Part: Bass

Kevin was born in South Bend, Indiana but grew up in a small, rural community in Tennessee.  Some of his earliest memories in life involve singing and performing…for his family and his home church.  Heavily influenced by his parents love of harmony (Beach Boys, Mamas and the Papas, Simon & Garfunkel, etc.), Kevin has performed on stage with many different choirs/ensembles and on studio recordings, in a wide range of genres from Jazz and Folk to Gospel.  Kevin has also appeared on theatre stages in Indiana and Tennessee as well as backstage in numerous tech roles both in theatre and television and lends his voice to numerous voiceover projects.  When not singing, Kevin helps coordinate creative arts at his local church.  One of Kevin’s favorite songs to perform with The Jukes is “Kiss The Girl.”

Music's not just a science. It's an emotion. That's what performance is all about...when you can not only entertain an audience, but move them.
